Good News: LZPU's Industry-Education Integration Case Selected as a National Exemplary Case
From News Center (Text & Photos by Chen Tengda, School of Electronic and Information Engineering) Recently, the Electronic Information Industry-Education Integration Working Committee of China Electronics Standardization Association issued the selection results of the 2025 Exemplary Case Collection for Electronics Industry-Education Integration. The case "One Platform, Six Joint Initiatives and Five Measures" for On-site Engineer Training in Information System Operation and Maintenance, jointly declared by LZPU and Aisino Corporation, stood out from hundreds of national applications and was successfully selected into the list of 61 national exemplary cases for electronic information industry-education integration.
Following the approval of the Ministry of Education’s first batch of special vocational education training program for on-site engineers in 2024 for the Computer Application Technology major, this achievement marks another national landmark breakthrough of the university in talent cultivation through industry-education integration. It fully demonstrates the university’s school-running strength and outstanding talent training effectiveness in electronic information majors.
It is understood that this Typical Case Collection Activity for Electronic Information Industry-Education Integration is hosted by the Electronic Information Industry-Education Integration Working Committee of China Electronics Standardization Association. Aiming to thoroughly implement the national decisions and arrangements on deepening the reform of the modern vocational education system, the activity summarizes and promotes advanced experience in industry-education integration within the electronic information industry, and boosts the in-depth integration of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain.
Since its launch, the activity has received positive responses from universities, vocational colleges and leading industrial enterprises across the country. Through rigorous procedures including case submission, formal examination and expert evaluation, a batch of innovative and exemplary practical cases have been ultimately selected.
The Computer Application Technology major of LZPU is a three-year higher vocational program. Closely following the regional industrial development of Guangxi and Liuzhou, the major aims at meeting the digital upgrading needs of two core industries: new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing. It adopts a trinity talent training orientation of full-stack development, domestic information system operation and maintenance, and HarmonyOS application development. This major aims to cultivate interdisciplinary technical and skilled talents. Students are taught the basic theories of full-stack development, domestic information system operation, maintenance, migration and adaptation. They are equipped with core competencies in front-end and back-end framework development, information system O&M, migration adaptation, and HarmonyOS mobile application development. Graduates are capable of undertaking software system development, operation, maintenance and migration work for the digital upgrading of new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing industries.
In June 2023, the Joint Training Program for On-site Engineers of Computer Discipline under the Electronic Information Category, jointly applied by LZPU and Aisino Corporation, was selected into the first batch of Special Training Programs for On-site Engineers of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, ranking first in Guangxi and being recommended for national application. In May 2024, this project was officially approved as one of the first batch of national Vocational Education Special Training Programs for On-site Engineers issued by the Ministry of Education. The nationally selected case "One Platform, Six Joint Initiatives and Five Measures" for On-site Engineer Training in Information System Operation and Maintenance serves as the core practical achievement of this national-level project.
Centering on the competency requirements for on-site engineer posts in the field of information system operation and maintenance, the achievement innovatively constructs an industry-education integration talent cultivation system featuring "one supporting platform, six joint promotion mechanisms and five guarantee measures". Centered on the university-enterprise co-built training platform for information system operation and maintenance, the system adopts the "Six Joint Initiatives", namely the joint formulation of talent training schemes, joint development of courses and teaching materials, joint establishment of teaching teams, joint implementation of teaching procedures, joint construction of training bases, and joint conduct of quality evaluation by the university and the enterprise. Supported by five key measures including the integration of posts, courses, competitions and certificates, real-project-driven teaching, the cultivation of dual-qualified teachers, the integration of school and enterprise cultures, and the improvement of employment quality, the system effectively solves prominent problems such as the disconnection between talent training and industrial demands, as well as students' insufficient practical abilities. It has cultivated a large number of domestic information system operation and maintenance on-site engineers who are proficient in operation, familiar with craftsmanship, capable of management, good at collaboration and competent in innovation.
The two national-level achievements fully recognize the consistent efforts of the Computer Application Technology major in advancing industry-education integration and innovating talent training models over the years. Taking this opportunity, LZPU will further deepen strategic cooperation with leading industrial enterprises such as Aisino Corporation, continuously optimize the national training system for on-site engineers, and steadily improve the school-running standard and talent cultivation quality of the Computer Application Technology major. The university will make greater contributions to the development of the digital economy in Guangxi and the industrial transformation and upgrading of new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing in Liuzhou.
